Q: How do I know if my membership is active?
A: When you login, if you see “Select Membership”, this means according to our records, you account is not active.

Q: What if I forgot my login?
A: Contact Us. We will be able to check your account and send you your information. Please allow 1 business day for us to respond.

Q: If there is an error with my membership status, what do I do?
A: Contact Us. We will be able to check your account and make adjustments. Please allow 1 business day for us to respond.

Q: Are membership renewed annually?
A: Yes, you signed up for an SND account and your payment information is up to date. However, previous workshop promos (registration and membership) were not automatic renewals.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership to SND, log into your account through Membershipworks. Click on Upgrade/Renew. Select Cancel Membership.

If you do not have a Membershipworks account and have a re-occuring payment through Paypal or an older system, please email snd@snd.org with the subject line “Cancel My Membership” and include an account number or previous invoice number. This will assist us in locating your account information quickly. Please allow us 5-7 days to process these requests as they are manual.
