Descubre historias, enfoques de diseño y cómo contribuir a dar forma al futuro del periodismo visual en Latinoamérica. - Hassel Fallas, Costa Rica. She is a Climate & Gender Data Research Manager who works in Projects about Diversity and inclusion. She previously was a Data Journalist Editor at La Nación Costa Rica;
- Andres Snitcofsky, Argentina. He is a designer and data visualization reporter at Infobae.com. He supported different data journalism projects in Latin America.
- Alejandro Valdez, a designer and the co-founder of elsurti.com, a digital news media focused on visual journalism. He is one of the coordinators of the network Latinograficas, a community to promote visual journalism in the region.
Moderator
Juan Manuel Casanueva, México. He is the CEO and co-founder of SocialTIC, a non-profit that enables changemakers through the strategic use of ICTs. Juan Manuel has managed, trained and advised NGOs, Governments and multinational organizations on the use of ICTs for transparency, accountability, advocacy, citizen participation, open data, digital security and privacy, open culture and digital citizenship throughout Latin America. ICFJ Knight Fellow 2014-2015 working with media organizations to innovate in data and investigative journalism.
