Creative Conference Call: The Art of Sketching
The topic for the November‘s session is the art of sketching and how many designers still use pen and paper to concept and design their work, whether it is a print layout, a digital story, information graphic or product. As designers we sketch to test out ideas, but we know they may change as we move towards the final product. But sketching out ideas is still an important part of our process for many.

About This Series:
The concept: A moderated 60-90 minute conversation with various guests on specific design and industry topics. We will explore interesting projects from around the world, talk with makers and visual leaders, and allow time for questions and less formal networking among registrants.
When: The third Wednesday of every month at 12pm ET starting May 19.
The Creative Conference Calls series is free to all current SND members, as well as students and educators. Not an SND member but want to attend? Don’t worry, each session will be available to attend for a small registration fee of $10.
Can’t make a session live … we have you covered. The series will be recorded and available for registrants to watch on playback after the live presentation, whenever they like.
